Six years of continuous partnership with Genpact, a global professional services firm delivering digital transformation, taught me how enterprise website operations work at scale. Starting as Lead Web Engineer and growing into Client Manager and Engineering Manager, I owned both the technical implementation and the client relationship, coordinating teams of up to 10 developers while maintaining the stability and performance that enterprise clients require.

This wasn’t a project with a start and end date. It was an evolving relationship where scope expanded based on proven delivery: from routine improvements to complete redesigns, from simple content updates to complex CRM and jobs board integrations.


Project Timeline

Redesign #2 (2023)

Role: Technical Project Lead & Fullstack Developer

The second major redesign was the larger and more complex undertaking. I coordinated a 10-developer team to deliver a complete visual and functional overhaul within a 6-week window. This timeline required precise planning, clear task delegation, and daily coordination.

What I delivered:

  • Orchestrated parallel workstreams across frontend, backend, and integration teams
  • Managed dependencies between content migration, design implementation, and CMS updates
  • Ensured zero downtime during deployment to production
  • Maintained existing integrations (Marketo, Salesforce, Taleo) throughout the transition

Redesign #1 (2020)

Role: Technical Project Lead & Fullstack Developer

The first redesign established the patterns we would refine over the following years. I led a 3-developer team through the full website rebuild, balancing speed with quality.

What I delivered:

  • Full visual refresh with modern design system implementation
  • Content architecture redesign for improved user navigation
  • Performance optimizations that improved page load times
  • Maintained all existing integrations during migration

Ongoing Improvements & Maintenance (2018-2025)

Role: Lead Web Engineer, Client Manager & Engineering Manager

Between redesigns, I managed the continuous evolution of the website: new features, content improvements, integration updates, and security maintenance.

  • Maintained security patches and updates across 6+ years of operation
  • Managed AWS S3 file storage with appropriate access controls

Content Management & Publishing:

  • Built flexible content management architecture for diverse content types
  • Designed marketing component library for rapid page creation
  • Implemented content workflows supporting multiple contributor roles

Performance & Reliability:

  • Configured Imgix for optimized image delivery and CDN performance
  • Set up Cloudflare for caching, security, and performance optimization
