Timeline

2016 - 2018 (2 years)

Position: Senior Web Engineer
Responsibilities: Architecting Craft CMS, Node.js, PHP, Vue.js, and React.js solutions and developing for more than 15 clients in total. Responsible for day-to-day communication with clients.

2018 - 2022 (4 years)

Position: Project manager & Lead Software Engineer
New Responsibilities: In addition to the responsibilities of the Senior Web Engineer, I was responsible for managing teams of 2-8 developers for 30+ clients in total.

2022 - 2025 (3 years)

Position: Fractional Director of Operations & Project Manager
New Responsibilities: In addition to the responsibilities of the Project Manager & Lead Software Engineer, I was responsible for overseeing all company’s projects and their managers and developers, defining and implementing client operations and business processes and being involved in business development, marketing and sales improvement.
